In the same way, the individual wake-up times of the inhabitants can be taken into account for energy control, if those are programmed involving the Home Service Platform (HSP). On changing course of events, such a prematurely return from absence, a plain SMS message to the HSP is sufficient.

A multiplicity of other services is integrable into this intelligent energy consumption control, such as the early recognition of malfunctions, the automatic generation notification of the user or the property management and, if necessary, the invocation of on-line maintenance by a regional craftsman. The distribution of important messages from the municipality or from the housing management is just as conceivable, e.g. with respect to the shut-off of water or similar measures.
